Carolyn's Thai Coconut Curry Flank Steak

Ingredients

    Flank Steak, 2 lb , very thinly sliced
    Thai Taste - Red Curry Paste Gang Ped, 2 tbsp
    *Bok Choy, raw-Coarsly Chopped, 1 cup
    Cabbage, napa, Shredded 1 cup
    *Snow Peas, fresh, 2 cup
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated
    Coconut Milk, 1.5 cup
    Scallions, raw, .25 cup, chopped

Directions

In a wok add peanut oil and beef saute. Add the curry paste and stir to coat the beef, add bok choy, cabbage & carrot. and saute for a few minutes. Next, add coconut milk, agave syrup and remaining veggies and allow to simmer gently.
