Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    15 oz Chickpeas
    1 Red Pepper
    1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
    .5 tsp Paprika
    1 clove Garlic
    .25 cup Lemon Juice

Directions

Heat oven to 500, roast pepper until skin can removed easily.

Put all ingredients in food processor, mix thoroughly.

Serve cold! :)
