Teriyaki Chicken and Veggie Stir Fry

Introduction

This is a wonderful, flavorful mix of chicken, peppers, brocolli and cauliflower. This is a wonderful, flavorful mix of chicken, peppers, brocolli and cauliflower.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    4 Garlic cloves or equivilant
    1/2 cup Red Onion
    1 1/2 cup Sweet Bell Peppers
    1 cup Brocolli pieces (fresh or frozen)
    1 cup Cauliflower pieces (fresh or frozen)
    6 ounce Chicken breast or breast tenders
    3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
    3 tbsp Teriyaki sauce



Directions

Saute onions and garlic with one tbs of vinegar in skillit untill onions are tender and turning clear. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces, add chicken and remaining vinegar and cook untill chicken is white all over and almost done. Add veggies and teriyaki sause, cover and simmer until vegies are tender. Serve on a bed of brown rice, half a pita or on a flatout flat bread.
