Introduction

Wonderful fresh fruit dessert for hot summer days. Under 200 calories per serving. Wonderful fresh fruit dessert for hot summer days. Under 200 calories per serving.

Ingredients

    1 pkg - Pillsbury Sugar Cookie - refrigerated dough
    1 8 oz - Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese
    15 - 20 pkts - Splenda
    4 oz - Cool Whip Lite
    2- Kiwi (sliced)
    8 - 10 Strawberries (sliced)
    1/2 cup - Banana (sliced)
    1/2 cup - Blueberries (fresh)





Directions

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Spread cookie dough evenly in 9 X 12 baking pan and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Mix Cream Cheese and Splenda, Spread mixture over cooled sugar cookie crust. Spread Cool Whip over Cream Cheese Mixture. Top with fruit slices, cover and refridgerate until ready to serve. Cut into pieces about 3" X 2.5" to make 15 servings.
