Kev's Cheese and Onion Muffins

Introduction

Savoury Muffins - very healthy and only 86 calories each. Savoury Muffins - very healthy and only 86 calories each.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 1 medium
    Dry Parmesan Cheese, 1 tbsp
    Light Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 25g, about 1/4 cup
    Whole Wheat Self-Raising Flour, 1/2 cup
    Red Onion (1smallish - about 1.5" diameter)
    Milk, 2%, 1/4 cup
    Just Bran (or All Bran), 20 g
    Salt, 1 dash

Directions

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (350 F)
Mix together dry ingredients (flour, salt, Parmesan, bran)
Chop onion and whizz in blender with egg and milk.
Mix the two parts together
Fold through the Cheddar cheese
Divide into 6 muffin cups
Bake for 15 minutes

    Misunderstanding - I'm in Australia, where we have Celsius temperatures. 180 here is 350 over there :-)

    I've updated the recipe to make that clear.
