PBBC Post Workout Breakfast Shake

Submitted by: LISTLOADRUN

Introduction

A bit heavier than I usually go for breakfast but this was made up one morning when I needed something fast, hearty and delicious. I had worked out before eating, and was really hungry when I was done, so I threw this together.

The protein powder flavors and frozen fruit you use can obviously be changed to suit your needs - I find the frozen banana provides a wonderful creamy texture and goes really well with the peanut butter and chocolate.

Ingredients

1 cup Over the Moon Fat Free Chocolate Milk
1 tbsp Better N Peanut Butter
    1/2 a medium Banana, FROZEN
1 scoop Chocolate Designer Whey Protein Powder

Directions

I use an immersion blender to make this shake but you can easilly use a regular blender as well.

Pour milk and protein powder into blender glass. Pulse blender to mix. Add Better N Peanut butter, and pulse a few more times. Add FROZEN banana, and pulse until drink is to your desired consistency. You can add ice cubes for a thinner drink, or omit completely for a thicker shake.

Enjoy!
