3 c. rhubarb, cleaned and chopped
2 T. 1% milk
3 T. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c. agave nectar
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
For crumb topping, combine flour and brown sugar; cut in butter. Evenly sprinkle over filling.
Bake at 450F for 10-15 min; reduce to 350F for 30 min.
Makes one 9-inch pie. Calories have been calculated for 6 servings and does not include the calories for the crust!! (as I said...it's DH favorite and I don't dare cut them any smaller!)
