Cook potatos in water just above the potatos then when tender add milk, onions and butter and chives, then add flour that has been mixed with a little water to thickin,ENJOY!     2 med potato's
    2 tabl chives(I use dried ones)
    2 tabl smart balance light butter
    2 tabl wondra flour(very fine flour works great) mix with a little water in a bowl ahead
    2 cups 1% milk
