You can use fresh or frozen berries for this custardy treat. I cut the sugar from the original reipe by 1/4 cup and chose to use lite sour cream. It's a family favorite! Ingredients

3 c. fresh blueberrie
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/8 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. lite sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
One unbaked pastry shell (not included in nutrition info)
Directions
Combine egss and sour cream; stir to blend. Add 3/4 c. sugar, 1/3 c. flour and salt.
Place blueberries in pastry shell and spoon sour cream mixture over berries.
Combine 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 c. flour; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle mix on top.
Bake at 450F for 15 min; reduce temp to 350F and continue baking for 30-40 min until lightly browned.
Makes one 9 inch pie or 8 servings.
