1/2 C ff milk
2 t cocoa powder
1/2 t instant coffee
1 t. canola oil
Directions
Mix oatmeal, milk and cocoa. Microwave 1 minute. Add coffee and microwave one more minute Let sit in the microwave for a few minutes and stir in olive oil.
