Heart Healthy Salmon Patties

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Pink Salmon (canned), 1 can (remove)
    Scallions, raw, 2 large (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cup (remove)
    *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.75 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)


Directions

Drain salmon, place in bowl, remove bones
Add all ingredients and once, mix and make patties
place on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam
Bake at 300 degrees until firm and golden
