*Cheese (Laughing Cow Garlic & Herb), 4 serving (remove)
"Butterball" Turkey Bacon (1 slice), 6 serving (remove)
Chicken Breast, no skin, 16.25 ounces (remove)
Spinach, frozen, .5 package (10 oz) yields (remove)
Broccoli, frozen, .5 package (10 oz) (remove)
Onions, raw, .25 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
Make a pocket in the chicken. Stuff with the veggie and cheese mixture.
Wrap the bacon around the chicken. 2 pieces per breast.
Cook at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Makes 3 breast but cut in half for a serving.
*Note* There is a lot of stuffing so mine did not actually stuff well so I just layered it. Chicken on bottom, mixture, then lay the bacon on top.
