Chicken vegetable soup

    geeen beans
    frozen peas
    kosher salt


Place chicken and all chopped vegetables (except parsley)in a large stock post with 4 quarts of water. Add salt. bring to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer. Let simmer for 8 to 12 hours. Remove chicken. When cool remove chicken from the bones and add back to soup. Add parsley and heat for 30 minutes.
