Introduction

Delicious home made pizza that's healthier for you but your family will still eat it! My teen-age son invites his friends over for pizza night to try it. Delicious home made pizza that's healthier for you but your family will still eat it! My teen-age son invites his friends over for pizza night to try it.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 loaf Schwan's honey Wheat Bread Dough, defrosted and risen
    1 cup Newman's Own Marinara Sauce or other sauce of your liking
    12 Fresh Basil Leaves
    1 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
    Sargento 2% Milk Italian Blend shredded cheese, 8 oz
    1 Tbs dried oregano
    1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Add any other pizza ingredients that you like, just add the nutritional info.

Preheat oven to 500'

Use a pizza stone and stretch out the wheat dough end to end, making a bit of a crust edge along the outside. spread with sauce and sprinkle dried oregano. Evenly spread shredded cheese, basil leaves and mushroom slices. Sprinkle with evoo and bake until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Make sure you allow it to cool 7 minutes before cutting into 12 square pieces.
