Green Beans with garlic and mushrooms

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 cups or 1 lb or so of frozen or fresh green beans (snaps)
    1/4 cup cubed onion
    3 garlic smashed, peeled and minced
    1 package of fresh sliced mushrooms
    2bsp of olive oil or less
    1 1/2 cup of water or enough water to cover beans

Directions

Heat skillet with oil
Cube onion and minced garlic need to be saute' d in the oil.
Once the onions and garlic are cooked add the beans and water. Add in season to taste. Cook until beans are crisp and flavor are locked in. It took about 20 minutes for mine to finish cooking.
