This is a Fruit and Veggie-Rich Smoothie drink. Tastes good, too! Rich in Vitamins A and C; Potassium, Protein and dietary Fiber. Although it is *300 calories, it has only .6 (point 6) grams of fat-- not even 1 gram of fat!

*Drink it as a complete meal.

Ingredients

    3/4 cup of Blueberries--fresh or frozen
    1 cup of baby carrots--raw
    1 cup of Cran-Grape juice--or any other cranberry juice
    4-6 medium ice cubes

Directions

Have a blender handy
1. add cranberry juice (Cran-Grape)
2. add baby carrot pieces
3. add blueberries
4. add ice cubes

Blend for a minute
Then pulse for 15-30 seconds
Blend, again

Pour in a glass or tall cup
Drink and enjoy!
