Introduction

Just threw this together when I was trying to figure out what to do with broccoli and basil from my garden. Just threw this together when I was trying to figure out what to do with broccoli and basil from my garden.

Ingredients

    1 lg bunch broccoli, chopped
    1/2 lg red onion, chopped
    10 fresh basil leaves, cut into ribbons
    2 oz fat free feta, crumbled

    dressing:
    1/2 c fat free plain yogurt
    1 c balsamic vinegar
    2 T minced garlic

Directions

Toss the chopped veggies and cheese. Mix the dressing and pour over broccoli mix. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Makes 6 3/4-1c servings.
