Beef & Cabbage

Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef
    1 med. head cabbage (chopped)
    1 can rotel tomatoes
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 cup water
    garlic powder (2 or 3 shakes)
    dried or powder onions

Directions

fry your ground beef in skillet. while frying beef, cut up cabbage.when beef is ready drain grease out and return to skillet. add cabbage, garlic and onions, water, rotel tomatoes and chicken bouillon cubes. Mix up and place lid on and let simmer, stirring occasionaly. simmer for about 20 minutes or until cabbage is cooked to your liking. makes 8 - 1 cup serving.
