Introduction

This egg salad is healthy, and has a great taste. Found it on a weight watchers recipe, and the whole family likes it. This egg salad is healthy, and has a great taste. Found it on a weight watchers recipe, and the whole family likes it.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Hard Boiled Eggs
    4 Hard Boiled Egg Whites
    2 tsp of low fat mayo
    1 tsp of dejon mustard
    1 tsp of dill
    1 tsp of chives
    dash of salt
    pepper to taste

Directions

1. Boil eggs
2. After eggs are cooled, cut up the 2 eggs into a bowl. Remove the yolk from the other 4 and cut up the egg whites.
3. Combine mayo, mustard, dill, chives, salt, pepper to the egg mixture and mix well
4. Eat with a salad or on whole wheat bread/tortillas/Bagels
