Introduction

Ingredients

    1 16 oz bag of rice fusilli cooked el dente
    1 cup cauliflower in small flowerettes
    1 cup frozen peas thawed
    2 cups tomatoes chopped
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 can black pitted olives drained
    1 cup chopped carrots very lightly steamed
    1 cup cucumber chopped
    20 tbsp calorie wise Italian dressing

Directions

cooked pasta and cool and drain. I add carrots in at the end of the pasta cook time to soften just a tiny bit . toss everything together when cool. Chill and serve
