Beef Stroganoff

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs top sirloin, cut into chunks
    Salt
    Pepper
    Dehydrated onion
    Wondra flour
    2 T butter
    2 T canola oil
    Package sliced white mushrooms
    16 oz Swanson beef stock
    16 oz wide egg noodles
    1 c sour cream

Directions

Season meat with salt, pepper and dehydrated onion; coat with flour. Brown in butter and oil. Add beef stock and mushroom, bring to slow boil. Cook egg noodles according to package instruction. Thicken beef mixture with corn starch. Drain noodles, stir in sour cream, then stir in beef mixture.
