Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs Stew Beef
5 - 6 large Potatoes (cut in cubes)
1 cup of raw mini carrots chopped
1 large onion (cut in big pieces so the kids can take them out.)
2 small cans of mushrooms.
1 pack of McCormick Pot Roast seasoning
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Cut all veggies and add to slow cooker. Add the meat (thawed or not) Drain mushroom juice in a seperate cup. Add mushrooms to the slow cooker then add the seasoning and mix it well then pour over the the meal and start the slow cooker on high. Salt & Pepper to taste.
