Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 5 ounces
    Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, .5 tsp
    Ginger Root, .5 tsp
    Broccoli, fresh, .5 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips
    *Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup
    Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped

Directions

saute te cicken in Olive oil, garlic and ginger for 4 min. Add all te veggies and cook untill veggies are soft. Serve over rice. this makes 1 serving
