Peanut butter cocoa no-bake pick-me-ups

Introduction

The only fat in these tasty, quick rolled cookies is from healthy, natural peanut butter! Easy for kids and adults to make. The only fat in these tasty, quick rolled cookies is from healthy, natural peanut butter! Easy for kids and adults to make.
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    1/4 cup natural peanut butter
    1 cup rolled oats (quick or old-fashioned)
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
    3 Tbsp. honey (more or less to taste)
    Pinch of salt
    A few drops of vanilla extract

Directions

Measure all ingredients into a bowl. If needed, pop into the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute until easy to stir. (If you keep your natural peanut butter in the fridge, you'll need to do this.) Stir until well blended.

Shape into small balls (about the size of rum balls or sausage balls). Refrigerate until firm, 15-20 minutes.

Makes 18 balls.
