Apple Walnut Salad

Introduction

This crisp fresh salad is a perfect snack, side dish, or light dessert. This crisp fresh salad is a perfect snack, side dish, or light dessert.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 small apples
    3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
    1 Tbsp Splenda (or other sweetner)
    1-2 tsp Fresh Mint Leaves, chopped
    1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped or halved

Directions

1. Chop or dice 2 small apples into a small bowl.
2. In a small dish, stir together lemon juice & splenda.
3. Pour sweetened lemon juice over apples & toss.
4. Add in fresh mint & toss further.
5. Chill & add walnuts right before serving.
