Crispy Baked Flounder with Homemade Tartar Sauce

Introduction

Ingredients

    Crispy Baked Flounder
    1lb flounder fillets (4-4oz fillets)
    1/2 cup seasoned bread crumps
    butter flavor cooking spray

    Homemade Tartar Sauce
    6T light mayo
    4T dill pickle relish
    1/2t lemon juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 400

Spray fillets lightly with cooking spray and coat with bread crumbs. Spray pan lightly with cooking spray, place fish on pan and lightly spray tops with more spray. Bake in oven for aprox 15 mins or until fich flakes easily with a fork.

While fish is baking mix mayo, pickle relish and lemon juice to make a homemade tartar sauce to serve with the fish.

Makes 4 servings, 4oz fillet with aprox 1 1/2T tartar sauce
