7 up fruit cake

Introduction

Tastes just like a cobbler. Very tasty, and doesn't taste healthy. Tastes just like a cobbler. Very tasty, and doesn't taste healthy.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 box of Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
    12 oz can of Sprite Zero or diet 7 Up
    20 package frozen blueberries

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

In a 9 X 9 cake pan, spray with low fat cooking spray. Add frozen blueberries, and even out. Open the cake mix and evenly cover the blueberries. Pour the Sprite evenly as possible over the cake mix. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
After it's baked for 25 minutes, remove the aluminum foil, and reduce heat to 325 degrees and continue baking for 25-30 minutes until cake is golden brown.
Serve warm with a scoop of fat free vanilla frozen yogurt. Garnish with fresh mint and a fresh blueberry.
