Cinnana Smoothie

Introduction

I love banana, cinnamon and honey so I just whisk them all together and add lots of ice.
I can never be bothered to use my blender (as it's too noisy and hard to clean!) so I whisk it all together.
The calories may be high but it's a very filling breakfast.

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 fresh medium banana
    1 cup skimmed milk
    2tbsp cinnamon (or as much as you want)
    1tbsp honey (add more if you wish, but calories will increase)

Directions

1. Slice banana into a bowl
2. Mash banana with a wooden spoon whilst slowly adding milk
3. Add the 1tbsp honey and 2tbsp cinnamon
4. Get a whisk and whisk the mixture (or blend if you want)
5. Pour smoothie into a cup/mug and let it chill in fridge for a while, or just add ice and drink straight away!
