Tuna salad

Introduction

A quick salad that fills one up A quick salad that fills one up
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1- 12 oz. can of chunk light tuna
    1/4 cup of onion chopped
    1/2 cup tomato chopped into bite sized pieces
    3 tbsp of Kraft light mayo
    1 medium leaf lettuce

Directions

Open can of tuna , and drain
Mix tuna with chopped onion and tomato with the 3 tsps of mayo
one tsps at a time to the desired level of creaminess.
Place leaf lettuce in a bowl, - Scoop out half the salad on the lettuce
Season to taste.
