Banana Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

    2 very ripe medium bananas, mashed
    1 large egg
    1/2 c 1% milk
    1/3 c unsweetened applesauce
    2 c whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 c blueberries

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until just mixed, then scoop into muffin tin (greased, if needed). Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
