1 Lb. of Ground Beef, Lean
1/3 cup chopped Green Bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped Onion
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 can Tomato soup
1 cup water
1/2 cup Instant Rice
3-4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Add remaining ingredients and stir.
Bring to a boil, cover and turn down to simmer.
Simmer for 12-15 minutes until rice is tender. Stir once or twice.
