Introduction

super easy and very nutritious! super easy and very nutritious!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    cubed chicken, about 3 boneless breasts worth.
    onion, mushrooms, garlic, cherry or grape tomatoes.
    Pasta noodles of your choice. Garnish with basil and parmesan.

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions.
in deep skillet, cook tomatoes, onions, garlic and mushrooms about 5 minutes. Add cubed chicken and cook until chicken is no longer pink in center. I took out the tomatoes and chopped them, then added back to the pan.
Serve chicken mixture over pasta. I then added basil and parmesan for seasoning.
