4 tablespoons butter
1 large onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1.5 tablespoons corn starch
2 cups milk
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed low fat cream of mushroom soup
16 ounces fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 package of spaghetti (angel hair)
In a large saute pan, melt butter and saute onions and garlic until onions are almost translucent.
Stir in corn starch, coating all of the onions well. Gradually pour in milk, stirring constantly. Stir in mushroom soup and shrimp.
Cook for 10 minutes or until shrimp are pink. Serve over pasta.
