Sandy's TUrkey vegetable Spaghetti

Introduction

I was trying to make a more healthy version of spaghetti and tossed this together. I only had a small jar of Prego, so I added the stewed tomatoes. You could top with Parmesan Cheese, though it is not in the nutritional information. I use it over spaghetti squash instead of pasta for a lower calorie version. Ingredients

    i 20 oz package lean Jennie-O ground turkey
    2 cans Italian style Stewed Tomatoes
    1 med/lg zucchini, sliced
    1 med/lg yellow zucchini(crook neck squash) Sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    mushrooms (145 gr) sliced
    I 1 lb 10 oz jar PRTego Traditional style spaghetti sauce

Directions

Brown gr. turkey and onion until turkey is browned and onion is tender, add the stewed tomatoes and Prego, add the rest of the veggies (except spaghetti squash), and simmer for 30 minutes. pour over the spaghetti squash, top with Parmesan cheese, if desired (not in nutritional info)
makes about 10 one cup servings.
