Introduction

Ingredients

    1 C. each:
    Green grapes, halved
    Red grapes, halved
    Carrots, shredded or chopped
    Romaine lettuce, chopped
    Iceberg lettuce, chopped

    Dressing: 1/3 C. lime juice, 1 tsp. grated lime peel, 1/4 C. honey, 1/2 tsp. salt, generous dash cayenne pepper
