Introduction
This is a combination of what's in the fridge and trying to find something unique for my family to eat while they all had THE flu. It was a hit like I've never seen before. Ingredients

800 g Beef Schnitzel
1 cup Soy Sauce
4 tbsp Fruit Chutney
2 tsp Braai & Grill Seasoning, Ina Paarman
1 tbsp Ginger, ground
3 small Onions, roughly chopped
3 stalks medium Celery, finely chopped
1 medium Red capsicum, finely & thinly chopped
2 cups Mushrooms, roughly chopped (preferably quartered)
4 cups Green Beans, frozen
3 cups Yellow Sweet Corn kernels , Frozen
1 cup White Rice
Directions
Cut beef schintzel into small strips and place in bowl. Pour over soy sauce and chutney. Season with braai & grill seasoning and ground ginger. Mix well. Place in fridge to marinate. Time will vary, depending on how much time you have available.
In the meantime, fry onions, celery, capsicum and mushrooms until done. Put aside.
Fry beef in left over marinate, adding water to prevent burning (about ½ cup). Cook until done to preference.
Cook beans and corn.
Serve warm and on rice.
