2 servings (2 cups) Slow Cooker Provencal Chicken and Beans
4 ounces tortilla chips
1 1/2 cups tomato salsa
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
Top with shredded lettuce, reduced-fat sour cream, and diced tomatoes and avocado.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Layer the chips in an oven proof dish. Top with the meat, beans, salsa and cheese. Bake until cheese is the bubbly, about 8-10 minutes.
