Summer Cuccumber Salad

Introduction

Very simple. Slice cucumbers and onions as thin as possible. Best with homegrown cucumbers. Very simple. Slice cucumbers and onions as thin as possible. Best with homegrown cucumbers.

Ingredients

    3 med cucumbers, thinly sliced
    1/2 lg onion, thinly sliced
    1/3 cup Red wine vinegar
    1 tsp sugar
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Add cucumbers and onions to bowl, sprinkle salt and sugar over top and then add vinegar. Mix gently with hands and serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
