Garlic Teriyaki Chicken

This chicken dish is quick and easy to prepare. Delicious cooked on the grill, or if weather is bad, cooked under the brioler. Plan on marinating about 2 hrs. Ingredients

    3-4 pcs. (abt 16-20 oz.) Chicken Breasts (boneless & skinless)
    2/3 Cup Roasted garlic Teriyaki sauce
    1 Tbsp Brown sugar, packed
    1 Tbsp olive oil

Directions

Slice each chicken piece with a sharp knife into 2 thinner pieces. Arrange chicken in single layers in a glass dish. Mix sauce, brown sugar and oil well, then pour over chicken; turn chicken to coat well. Marinate 2 hours.
Grill over medium heat aprox 6-7 min per side.
Makes 4 servings (4-5 oz each or 2 pieces per person)
