Introduction

grape leaves filled with rice grape leaves filled with rice
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    200 gm grape leaves
    1 cup white rice long grain
    1 cup chopped onion
    0.5 can tomato paste ( 6 oz )
    2 cup tomato sauce
    1 cup chopped parsley
    3 cup beef stock home made
    2 tbsp olive oil
    salt , black pepper for taste

Directions

put the onion at nonstick pan with 1 tbsp olive oil
stire until light brown then add tomato sauce,tomato paste, salt and pepper
cook till taste then toss over rice and parsley
stire all
then put some of the mix onto one leaf then roll
put in a pot thenheat the stock and put it over rolls
then cook at high fire till boiling then make it very low till all gradients cooked
add the rest of olive oil on the top you can also add some lemon juice
