This salad is perfect for lunch, it will last you until dinner for sure and it's more than delicious. If you want it lighter of course you can take out the sour cream and wallnuts but if you only eat this for lunch you shouldn't worry. Ingredients

    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    * Cucumber (peeled), 0.5 cup, sliced
    * Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, strips
    * Roasting Chicken, light meat, 0.5 cup, chopped or diced
    * *wallnuts Diamond, 30 gram(s)

    * Sour Cream, 2 tbsp
