Fruit Salad with Honey

Introduction

Great salad served with Cottage Cheese or on top of waffles/pancakes. Great salad served with Cottage Cheese or on top of waffles/pancakes.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 red delicious apple
    1 orange
    1 peach
    1 c fresh blueberries
    13 small strawberries
    3 tbsp honey

Directions

Core apple and chop into bite sized chunks. Peel orange with knife and cut out sections into a bowl. Sqeeze orange pulp to release any leftover juices. Pit Peach and chop into bite sized chunks. Add in blueberries. Remove tops on strawberries and cut in half. Top with honey and stir to coat. Refridgerate for 1 hour +. ENJOY! Makes approximately four 1 cup servings.
