Tuna salad the way I make it. It's spicy, light, and you can embellish it with any diced vegetables, like onions, celery, or carrots. The chopped peppers are near the pickles, sold as a sandwich topper. My favorite way to eat this is stuffed into big bell pepper slices. Tuna salad the way I make it. Ingredients

1 can of solid white tuna, drained (about 5 oz. of tuna)
1-2 Tbs chopped cherry peppers
a tiny pinch of garlic powder
a bigger pinch each of onion powder, black pepper, celery seed, and Old Bay seasoning
a splash of red wine vinegar, to taste
4 Tbs. light mayonnaise (canola mayo)
Directions
Drain and mix the tuna with the seasonings, till well combined. Stir in the mayo, and serve. This normally makes 4 good sandwiches, in our house.
