Garlic Chicken

Introduction

Quick easy recipe for a busy night. Service with rice and broccoli. Quick easy recipe for a busy night. Service with rice and broccoli.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 Boneless Chicken Breasts (6-8 ounces each)
    1 TBSP Olive Oil
    4 Cloves Garlic
    3/4 Cups White Wine (I used Pinot Grigio)
    4 TBSP Lemon Juice
    Black Pepper

Directions

Press galic cloves into a non-stick skillet then add olive oil. Saute over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Pepper chicken with desired amount of pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet. Pour wine and lemon juice over the chicken. Saute on each side until no longer pink.

Makes 6 3-4 ounce servings. Serve with rice and broccoli if desired.
