4 Chicken Breast, boneless, skinless cut in bite size pieces
1 onion, chopped
2 cans 98% Fat Free Campbell's Broccoli Cheese soup
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
10oz bag Frozen Broccoli Florets, thawed
1 tsp Basil, or to taste
salt and pepper to taste
1 clove garlic, minced
3 cups cooked brown rice or 1 cup uncooked brown rice.
Cook rice and add to the crockpot 15 minutes before cooking is complete.
Makes approximately Eight 1 1/2 cups servings.
