Sheri's banana bread

Introduction

Adapted from CILONIS's recipe, but I went half and half on the flours instead of all white, and added chopped walnuts. Adapted from CILONIS's recipe, but I went half and half on the flours instead of all white, and added chopped walnuts.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup all purpose flour
    1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
    3/4 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup sugar
    1/4 cup butter, softened
    2 large eggs
    1 1/2 cups mashed ripe banana (about 3 bananas)
    1/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    Cooking spray

Directions

Cream together wet ingredients
Mix dry seperately
add wet to dry
pour into loaf pan sprayed with Pam
Cook 5-60 minutes at 350 until toothpick poked in comes out clean.
