Ingredients

    4 med potatoes
    1/4 pkg of bacon
    1/4 of small onion,didced
    1/8 cup of mushrooms fresh or canned
    1 tbsp green Pepper ,chopped
    1 cup sherded cheese

Directions

cut potatoes in half lenght ways and scoop out the flesh the add cooked bacon, mushrooms, onoins, green peppers,and top with cheese. Save the flesh from the potatoes and use with another recipe like a salad or fries.
