2 small bananas 1 pat butter 1 tsp Splenda brown sugar blend
Cut peeled bananas into 3/4 inch slices. Place 1 pat of salted butter into hot skillet. When melted, add the Splenda Brown Sugar Blend. Stir to mix. Add bananas and cook 1-2 minutes, stirring to coat. Serve hot, either plain or with a dollop of cool whip or other whipped topping. A scoop of low fat ice cream or frozen yogurt would be nice, too.
