Stovetop zucchini

Ingredients

    1-2 tsps of olive oil
    1/8-1/4 cup onions
    2 cloves garlic minced or pressed
    1 medium zucchini sliced
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Heat oil in nonstick skillet
saute onion and garlic
add zucchini, salt and pepper (to taste)
Cook until zucchini is tender but not mushy (about 5 minutes on medium)
