Chilled Blueberry Melon Soup

Introduction

Perfect summer side dish or appetizer. Can also be used as a light meal replacement drink though I'd recommend omitting the blueberries! Perfect summer side dish or appetizer. Can also be used as a light meal replacement drink though I'd recommend omitting the blueberries!

Ingredients

    1/2 cup diced cantaloupe
    1/2 cup diced honeydew
    2 Vanilla Carbmaster yogurts (or 1 vanilla and 1 peach)
    1/2 cup Trop50
    1/4 cup blueberries
    1 T ground cinnamon
    1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

Mix all ingredients except blueberries in blender until smooth. Split between 3 bowls and gently top with blueberries. It won't taste any different if the blueberries sink, just isn't as pretty! Enjoy!
